Frequently asked questions

How do I book a future flight ?

You can contact us by calling or emailing us using the information listed. All flghts are booked by appointment only. 

What happens if I have to cancel ?

If a flight is canceled due to weather or maintenance, there will be no charge and will be rebooked at no additional charge. However if you decide to cancel within 24hrs of your flight a 10% charge of the total will be non refundable. 

Are all the tours the same ?

No. Once you book a tour, it is your time. We can tailor the time of the tour to whatever you perfer to see or accomplish. Example, If you are a pilot and would like to fly and get stick time. Our CFI can sign your logbook and all flight time counts as Dual received. 

What if I start to feel sick or unsure of the flight and have already departed ?

If you start to feel sick or just nervous and would like to discontinue the flight. A pro rated fee will be applied. Example, If half the tour is over, the total cost will come to more than half of the flight cost. 

Social Media and Videography ?

Photos and Video are welcome. Feel free to post any pics on your personal Social Media. 

Waivers and Liability ?

Once you arrive at the airport. You will be presented with a Liability Waiver. You will review all actions required, sign, and date all areas labeled. All childern under the age of 18yo must have a parent or legal guardian present, and must be willing to co-sign their waiver. 

Age, Weight, and other Restrictions

The minimum age is 12yo and 110lbs.

The maximum weight is 280lbs.

All passengers must be able to board and exit the aircraft under their own power. All passengers must disclose any and all known health related issues before flight. 

Passengers with a known heart issues, high blood pressure, pace maker, asthma, diabetes, or frequent fainting spells must disclose before flight. 

What if I become motion sick ?

If you frequent getting motion sickness, please take appropriate messures to ensure a safe and comfortable experience. Sick bags will be available during flight.
